VIKA ORGANIZATION
For over 25 years VIKA, Inc. has developed an organization that is a unique blend of teamwork using a departmentalized approach. Principals and Associates are our senior project managers. In order to provide a unified approach to each project, we assemble a project team to accompany the project manager and task them with all the necessary services for the project’s duration. Projects are assigned through one of our two Principals and founders, John F. Amatetti, P.E. or Charles A. Irish, Jr., P.E., L.S.

John F. Amatetti is a registered Professional Engineer in both Virginia & Connecticut, and Charles A. Irish, Jr., is a registered Professional Engineer & Land Surveyor in Maryland & Virginia, and is a Professional Engineer in many of the other adjoining states. In addition to the project management personnel, the production staff also includes several support groups.
