The Palatine Condominiums (Arlington, VA) Our design services for this 300-unit luxury condominium building included all landscape and hardscape elements of the streetscape, private gardens, pool area, and a private courtyard area—over structured parking. |

Abingdon Row (City of Alexandria, VA) Our design services for this 53-unit condominium building included streetscape elements, a pocket park, private terraces for several units, and a community rooftop terrace. |

1800 Wilson Boulevard (Arlington, VA) This mixed-use development includes condominiums with street level retail and restaurant, as well as upscale amenities (private courtyard, restaurant dining terrace) over structured parking. Design services included all of the above, plus streetscape detailing and coordination of public art placement. |

The Courtyards at Falls Gate (Fairfax County, VA) VIKA secured P-District rezoning classification for this project through the design of a curvilinear public sidewalk accompanied—and enhanced—by private courtyards located in the fronts of the 19 single family homes. |
