VIKA has been serving the Washington Metropolitan Area Land Development community since 1980, offering full civil engineering, planning, landscape architecture, surveying & GPS services.

We have developed an extremely responsive staff which has provided professional consulting services locally and beyond through our two offices—McLean, Virginia and Germantown, Maryland. Our clients currently include various federal, state and local governments, Department of Defense agencies, numerous architectural firms and many of the largest developers in the area.
