Throughout their professional careers at VIKA, these individuals have consistently demonstrated their commitment not only to our mission of providing Vision, Innovation, Knowledge, and Action, but also to our goal of providing the highest quality client service in all aspects of our land development & engineering practice.

Josh Sloan joined VIKA in 2013, and holds a Masters of Landscape Architecture from SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry, with further graduate studies in Philosophy at Syracuse University. He also holds a Bachelor in Biology (Philosophy minor) from St. Mary’s College of Maryland. Josh will continue to lead VIKA Maryland as Director of Planning and Landscape Architecture.

Mike Goodman joined VIKA in 2006 and holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Pennsylvania State University. He is a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Maryland. Mike will continue his leadership role for VIKA Maryland and will expand to support Josh Sloan in Land Planning and Entitlements.

Dave Unger joined VIKA in 1996. He is a Maryland Licensed Professional Land Surveyor and a Level III ACSM Certified Survey Technician. His advancement to be the Director of Survey’s for VIKA Maryland is a responsibility he has earned and will allow us to continue our growth of service in Geomatics.

Harry Jenkins joined VIKA in 1984 and is a Property Line Surveyor in Maryland, a Registered Land Surveyor in the District of Columbia, a Licensed Land Surveyor in the District of Columbia and West Virginia, and a Certified Land Surveyor in Virginia. This is a significant progression in Harry’s career to recognize his senior role progressing VIKA Maryland Surveys into the future.
