Frank Jenkins has consistently demonstrated his dedication and commitment, not only to our mission of providing Vision, Innovation, Knowledge, and Action, but also to our goal of providing the highest quality client service in all aspects of our land development, planning, geomatics, engineering, and landscape architecture practices.  He is also dedicated to building strong leadership relationships with the entire Virginia Survey Staff.

Frank Jenkins joined VIKA in 1993 and holds both a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering Technology from Bluefield State College.  Frank is currently VIKA Virginia’s Director of Surveys.  In addition to his commitment to the education and professional development of VIKA’s surveying and engineering staff, Frank is also committed to educating the next generation of land surveying professionals.  He is an Adjunct Professor at Lord Fairfax Community College, where he teaches engineering, surveying, architecture, and AutoCAD courses.  In his new expanded leadership role as a Vice President of VIKA Virginia, LLC, Frank’s efforts will be focused on continuing the growth of VIKA’s Geomatic Services and deployment of innovative techniques and technologies, including BIM, REVIT, and 3D High-Definition Laser Scanning for our clients.
