VIKA receives 2009 Fairfax County Land Conservation Award:
“Multi-family Residential Category“— Pavilions at Huntington Metro Multi-family, Phase II

March 2010: VIKA recently received Fairfax County’s 2009 Land Conservation award for our work on the Pavilions at Huntington Metro Multi-family. VIKA provided surveying and civil engineering services for this mixed-use development zoned Planned Residential Mixed-use (PRM) that consists of 180 multi-family units, 250,000 gross square foot of office space, and 25,000 gross square feet of retail in three buildings and related proffered infrastructure.
