His ability to effectively manage a project from preliminary site planning to final construction is a formidable asset he brings to every project he is assigned” said VIKA’s Principal and CEO, John F. Amatetti, PE. “Whether it’s managing disaster-related surveying projects like the Dulles Jet Center collapse and the New York Crane collapse, or working to complete a new development project, Frank will work from the early hours of the morning to all hours of the evening to ensure a project is completed on schedule. His willingness to step in at a moment’s notice distinguishes him as a manager and company leader. Frank’s dedication to VIKA is exemplary and an asset to VIKA’s Virginia's Engineering Division” said Chris Champagne, Director of Engineering for VIKA’s McLean office.
Frank brings more than 20 years of project management experience. He holds Bachelors of Science degrees in Civil Engineering Technology and Architectural Engineering Technology from Bluefield State College. He is a licensed Land Surveyor in Virginia and West Virginia. He is also an Engineer-in-Training in the Commonwealth of Virginia and will be taking the Professional Engineers licensing test later this fall. As a Certified Geothermal Systems Installer, Frank has spearheaded VIKA’s efforts to grow our geothermal practice.
