VIKA is providing planning and landscape architecture design services for the rezoning of a 3.44-acre site in Annandale from planned development commercial (PDC) district rezoned to a planned residential mixed-use (PRM). This rezoning could be a catalyst for the revitalization of Annandale and sets the stage for other future high-quality projects in the area.
One of the plan’s primary goals is to increase residential housing and promote pedestrian-oriented development. The proposed project will include:
- A 12-story building with 310 high-end residential apartments
- A 6,000 SF restaurant at street level, plus additional outdoor seating set within a linear park.
