VIKA is providing consulting services for the redevelopment of this existing 27-acre mixed-use site to be transformed into a vibrant, pedestrian-friendly community with multiple new high-rise residential buildings, an office building, a hotel, and retail. Features of this project will include:

  • Commercial/Retail space — 450,000 SF
  • Structured parking
  • Rooftop gardens
  • Significant courtyards to promote outdoor living.

The community will be connected by a series of park areas, gardens, children’s play area, an adult fitness park and dog parks. The project is located immediately adjacent to Silver Spring Metro creating a walkable urban environment.

VIKA’s services for this $625 million project include master planning support, Project and Preliminary Plans, Site Plans, Demolition Plans, final engineering, surveying, and construction phase services.
