Planning
Responsible Planning starts with understanding what the client desires and knowing the regulations within specific jurisdictions. Marrying these two together is what our Planning Teams do best. We have decades of combined experience in providing award winning services in dealing with all area municipalities and agencies. We also consult with our engineers early in the process to make sure our ideas can feasibly be implemented.

Landscape Architecture
Landscape Architecture is an ever-evolving portion of our firm. Not only do our designs have to work well and be timeless, but they also have to look great. We use a blend of both digital and hand drawn techniques to produce high quality results for our plans to ensure that we spec the right materials and plants for the project’s needs, the client’s desires and the agency’s regulations.

Surveying
Surveying is often tracing and reassembling history by gathering all of the pertinent documents that outline and illustrate the ownership and features of the property. This can be a daunting task unless one is familiar with all of today’s resources and an understanding of traditional techniques. Our Survey Staff has been proven to be successful at both.

GPS Services
Technology reaches into every aspect of our firm. We have top notch software and hardware which allows us to quickly get GPS field data within tight tolerances and then implement it within our plans, allowing our designers to make quick, accurate decisions and adapt to everything from rough terrain and tight, existing city building blocks to dense vegetation and open fields.
