> VIKA is a civil engineering, land surveying, and site design firm that has helped shape the built environment of the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast for over four decades. From five offices across Washington, DC, Maryland, Virginia, and Florida, our multi-disciplinary teams partner with developers, architects, public agencies, and institutions to plan, entitle, and deliver complex commercial, residential, mixed-use, and infrastructure projects.

VIKA is one connected practice operating under three regional brands — VIKA (vika.com, the firm-wide site), VIKA Virginia (vikavirginia.com), and VIKA South (vikasouth.com) — all serving the same client base with the same teams and services.
