VIKA’s project experience includes site design, surveying, and final engineering services on 10 George Mason University (GMU) renovation, addition and new development projects. The most recent project was the Foundation Administrative Building (University Hall) on the Main Campus in the City of Fairfax.
University Hall was designed to provide office space for all of the institutional and administrative support functions in one building. VIKA provided surveying, civil engineering, and landscape architecture services for this 197,000 SF administration building on the Main Campus. The five-story building, designed for LEED Silver Certification, also includes 13,300 SF of first floor retail and academic classroom space and 671 parking spaces.
