The project will revitalize a successful existing office park by adding mixed-use, transit-oriented development, and reconstruction of an existing public plaza. It will involve complete redesign of the existing Milestone Center Drive to provide additional lanes, on-street parking, and roundabouts for a better and more active pedestrian environment.
