Development of a LEED Silver, 520,000 SF , 10-story, office building located on the north side of Fishers Lane approximately ½ mile east of the Twinbrook Metro Station (Redline).   Project also includes a 5-story, concrete parking garage located adjacent to the building and the dedication and construction of a new master plan roadway (B-16).

In conjunction with this development, a public plaza will be constructed at the corner of Fishers Lane and B-16, and a new hiker/biker path will be constructed, which will connect the Twinbrook Metro Station to the wide network of trails in Rock Creek Park and beyond. The 1.5 Miles of 10’wide, paved trail is under design for the Montgomery County Parks Department as part of the interconnector trail system.   The trail traverses through existing woodland, floodplains and on-road. Bridge and boardwalk designs and permitting are underway for crossing existing stream beds and swales.
