Services included: site feasibility study; boundary survey; topography check and tree survey; PUD related services, including processing the plans with the DC Office of Zoning and testifying at the Zoning Commission; street grade establishments; roadway design; offsite public road improvements; Stormwater Management Concept Plans; Site Plan; Sediment and Erosion Control Plans; Utility Plans; Lotting Plan; Circulation Plan; Green Space Plan; On-Site Demolition Plan; WASA Water and Sewer Plan and Profiles; private storm drain profiles and computations; stormwater management quality and quantity control; Final Sediment and Erosion Control Plans; Site Plans and revisions; easement documents; building plats; Sales Trailer Plan; utility locating; off-site utility extensions; Traffic Control Plan; public space exhibits for utility connections; shop drawing review; construction administration; stormwater management as-builts and certifications; utility as-builts and certifications; and, an overall plat of computation.
