Antione leads complex utility investigations and infrastructure coordination efforts, bringing a strategic, compliance-driven approach to managing field operations and ensuring adherence to current ASCESUE standards. He provides technical leadership in the integration of subsurface data into Civil 3D, delivering accurate, decision-ready base mapping across Quality Levels A through D. Antione is experienced in right-of-way coordination, partnering with VDOT LCAMS and traffic control authorities to ensure compliance and operational efficiency. As a NASSCO-certified professional (PACP, LACP, MACP), he also directs sanitary and storm sewer inspection programs.
