Though our team draws on experience and inspiration from around the world, the District is our home. We are a CBE in the District and have been placemaking throughout the District for over a decade, so we know the area’s geography and development history and have relationships with the region’s decision makers.From our efforts to design the first LEED Platinum park in the country at Canal Park to transformative areas that add value to communities across the District—like the Yards in Southeast and Fort Lincoln in Northeast—we take pride in being a part of the process as our communities re-envision themselves.
