Wardman Park

The Wardman Park redevelopment project, located in the Woodley Park neighborhood of Washington, DC replaces a former hotel with two luxury residential towers, Aerie and Zephyr, transforming the 9.5-acre site into a residential retreat. The project includes access improvements at the site entrance points, onsite parking, and a large internal park with outdoor pool, fire pits, lounges, grill stations, lawn games, dog park and children’s playground. An existing 1.5-acre greenspace remains a publicly-accessible neighborhood amenity.
