August 6th is the 10th annual Professional Engineers Day and VIKA Virginia is celebrating by sharing a conversation with some of our licensed Professional Engineers (PE): John Amatetti, PE; Michael Benton, PE, LEED; Chris Champagne, PE, LEED AP; and Jeff Peterson, PE, LEED AP. Professional Engineers Day is a celebration of the dedication and expertise of PEs and the role they play in public safety, health and welfare.
New Corso Tysons Luxury Senior Living Community Advances
Corso Tysons will be a distinctive new senior living residence within Scotts Run South, a vibrant urban neighborhood in Tysons, VA. VIKA Virginia provided planning and surveying for the entitlement submission, continuing our involvement in bringing the Scotts Run South masterplan to life.
Though our team draws on experience and inspiration from around the world, the DMV is our home. We have been placemaking throughout Washington, DC, Maryland, and Virginia for four decades, so we know the area’s geography and development history and have relationships with the region’s decision-makers. From civil engineering, planning, landscape architecture, to surveying services, VIKA will continue to provide strategic partnership to our clients while helping meet Virginia’s goal of “Advancing Equity for Virginia’s Small, Women, and Minority-Owned (SWaM) and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Businesses.”
VIKA provides a team-oriented environment, where staff members benefit from a comprehensive learning environment and many opportunities for advancement. Our recruitment program brings new leaders into the company, while our professional development commitment encourages them to grow with us.
