Frank leads VIKA Virginia’s Surveying Department and is responsible for leading, managing and organizing all department surveying and geomatics projects and activities, including 3D scanning, UAS photogrammetry and GIS services as well as traditional surveys, ALTAs, and plats and plans. As both a licensed Land Surveyor and Professional Engineer, he brings exceptional insight, accuracy and efficiency to all surveying deliverables. Frank is an Adjunct Professor at Laurel Ridge Community College, teaching land surveying and engineering courses.
