Corso Tysons will be a distinctive new senior living residence within Scotts Run South, a vibrant urban neighborhood in Tysons, VA. VIKA Virginia provided planning and surveying for the entitlement submission, continuing our involvement in bringing the Scotts Run South masterplan to life.

Galerie Living is leading the Corso Tysons project, creating a senior residency experience that will provide 400+ care-licensed units within a mixed-use-inspired environment that fosters happy, healthy, active senior lifestyles. The site consists of three interconnected towers with retail, a pedestrian path connecting to the Scotts Run trail, and preservation of one of Tysons largest remaining native forested expanses.
