VIKA provided the Large Track Review (LTR) site plan and final engineering site plan for this 4.2-acre mixed-use development. A new 7-story development with 720 apartments above 34,000 square feet of retail and a 17,000 square-foot health club replace the existing site building. The existing below-grade garage will be retrofited to create 883 parking spaces in addition to 325 bicycle spaces.
