Ribbon Cutting for 100% Affordable Housing Barnaby & 7th in Washington, DC

Comprising 169 affordable residential units, The Upland is a 230,000 sf building located at 4201 7^th Street SE in the Washington Highlands neighborhood. The full Barnaby & 7^th development will ultimately provide 518 new affordable housing units, with community amenities including a garden, courtyard, playground, amphitheater, dog parks, and below-grade parking. Green roofs meet DC’s stormwater management requirements and solar panels help reduce the building’s energy load.
