Don Nelson is a Licensed Professional Engineer in Maryland with 12 years of experience. His professional engineering experience includes the design and management of industrial, commercial, and residential land development projects, as well as public roadway projects at the local and state level. Areas of technical expertise include stormwater management, drainage and culvert design, floodplain management, roadway design, site grading, earthwork analysis, water and sewer design, sediment and erosion control, pavement marking and signage, and traffic control plans.
