With an early passion for geography, computers, and technology, Jack has focused his career on using GIS to turn complex site data into practical development insights. He conducts site suitability analyses that help clients identify and evaluate sites for redevelopment or conversion. By overlaying and analyzing jurisdictional data, site information, and county requirements, he determines what can realistically be developed on a site and visualizes for clients how data applies in real-world scenarios, from establishing build-to lines to evaluating potential use types and development constraints. Jack received his BA in Geographic Information Services from the University of South Carolina.
