Leadership

As a Vice President with over 20 years of experience, Mr. Evans has knowledge of all aspects of entitlement, public Improvement, sediment control, stormwater management, floodplain, water and sewer, and maintenance of traffic. He is responsible for managing a project team of engineers and planners to obtain multiple agency approvals and permits through coordination with agencies, developers, contractors, and design consultants. Jason has an understanding of various fields including commercial, retail, hotel, mixed-use, residential, parks and public works. He has worked with numerous public agencies including City of Rockville, City of Gaithersburg, Montgomery County, Prince George’s County, Washington DC, WMATA, WSSC and MTA.
