Ms. Lapides has eight years of experience with the design and management of civil engineering projects including residential, commercial, and mixed used developments. Her areas of expertise include utility and water resource design, sediment erosion control and stormwater management design, floodplain analysis, and site grading. Ms. Lapides has experience in several local jurisdictions including Montgomery County, the City of Gaithersburg, and the City of Rockville.
