Chris has overseen, directed, and managed more than 300 commercial, institutional, and residential projects. Chris’ knowledge of all aspects of site engineering, including grading, drainage, stormwater management, utilities, road design, bicycle facilities, and erosion and sediment control, coupled with his environmental permitting background, uniquely qualifies him to facilitate the design and permitting of this project.  His comprehensive experience will enable him to effectively manage and provide the professional services envisioned for this project.
