VIKA planning and engineering designs are helping revitalize a 61-acre portion of Manassas Mall into a vibrant community space with residential, retail and entertainment options.

The Prince William County Board of Supervisors recently approved Lionheart Capital’s redevelopment plan, which will provide 1,041 multifamily residential units and 47,000 sf of commercial space and is the first to use the county’s new mixed-use district (MXD) zoning category.
