VIKA Capitol attended the Opening Celebration for the 4K Wisconsin and The Parc at Upton Place on Wisconsin project. VIKA Capitol is glad it was able to work with Donohoe Development Company, SK+I Architecture, and the rest of the development team on this 710 unit mixed use project in Cathedral Heights in Upper NW.
