Certifications

UrbA Phase II is a 5-story, 196-unit apartment building with a small public park and below-grade parking. VIKA provided civil engineering, surveying and subsurface utility engineering for the current phase of the overall 6.2-acre site. The Phase II building is complemented by the adjacent 310-unit completed UrbA Phase I mixed-use project, with a final Phase III anticipated to provide 226 apartments over retail. VIKA has been a key team member throughout all phases, providing a consistent approach to site design and engineering.
UrbA Phase II completion is scheduled for May 2027.
The project is being developed by Southeastern Development Associates, constructed by CBG Building Company, and designed by DCS Design.
