VIKA South Continues to Grow

VIKA South is expanding to provide more comprehensive site development services for all clients. The engineering team has augmented staff, new surveying capacity has been added, and landscape architecture services are being led by a local Florida-licensed landscape architect. The office is also increasing traffic engineering and subsurface utility engineering services.

Since its founding, VIKA South has contributed to Jacksonville’s dynamic revitalization initiatives, with current work at The Pondry and downtown development projects. The Pondry envisions the redevelopment of an underutilized office park into a vibrant mixed-use community.
