7600 Leesburg Pike

7600 Leesburg Pike in Falls Church, VA is slated for redevelopment into a residential community comprising 38 stacked townhouses and 101 townhouses. The existing office buildings, constructed in 1986, are proposed to be replaced to better align with the surrounding residential character and provide a more compatible transition between the commercial uses to the south and the single-family homes to the north.

The development site plan will provide 55 single-family townhouses along the north and west perimeter and 110 stacked, two-over-two multi-family townhomes. Planned open spaces and expansion of a shared-use trail will help connect the community and adjacent properties. Four urban parks will feature different amenities including a playground, dog park, pickleball court and community gathering spaces.
