Located on the east side of Wiehle Avenue stretching from Sunset Hills Road to the Dulles Toll Road in Reston, Midline includes a mix of residential offerings. Midline at Reston Station is a 1.8 million square-foot mixed-use development, with 1.2 million square feet of residential,260,000 square feet of office, and 250,000 square feet of retail planned. Nearly 30% of Midline is planned as preserved as open space for dog parks, play areas for children and other public amenities and outdoor spaces. Much of the site infrastructure is complete and the townhome portion of the site is fully approved and permitted with construction of the townhomes largely. One of the multi-family buildings from the master plan is site plan approved with construction pending while two other multi-family buildings are well into the site plan approval process.
