
VIKA provided surveying and subsurface utility engineering for the development of Block N7 into a residential and retail complex. Formerly the Baptist Church main auditorium, the 1.5-acre site will now provide a 15-story residential tower with approximately 250 units, the first new full-service downtown grocery store in over a decade, and 7,000 sf of additional retail. The Block N7 redevelopment connects into Gateway Jax’s larger Pearl Square transformation, a multi-property revitalization of underutilized blocks of downtown Jacksonville into a vibrant, welcoming and amenity-rich neighborhood.
