Military Housing, Marine Corps Base Quantico

Quantico Marine Corps Base’s Public-Private Venture (PPV) for housing refers to a partnership between the Marine Corps and Liberty Military Housing (formerly Lincoln Military Housing) and Clark Realty Capital to provide housing for United States Marines and their families.

The team demolished 1,270 homes, constructed 990 new homes, and renovated 144 historically significant homes for members of the Marine Corps and their families living at Quantico. VIKA continues to assist Liberty Military Housing by providing surveying, engineering and landscape architecture support with the maintenance and improvement of these communities.
