What We Hope You Will Bring

• Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D
• 4-6 years’ direct experience preparing construction drawings
• Technical proficiency in all aspects of creating 3D surfaces; road profiles and cross sections; calculating cut/fill volumes; construction plans for grading, drainage, storm water management, erosion and sediment control, water, sewer, utilities; roadway, and related site design; using and manipulating aerial and topographic map files; and, preparing site plans, cross sections and profiles for civil grading and earthwork.  
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (MS Project, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Your Impact

·        Design Leadership: Lead CADD operations withproficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D while preparing complex engineering andlandscape drawings.

·        Advanced Technical Production: Demonstrateadvanced experience in all aspects of CADD design, preparing engineering andlandscape drawings in full conformance with VIKA's CADD and designrequirements.

·        Project Coordination: Lead coordination effortswith VIKA Engineering, Landscape Architecture, and Planning staff andconsultants while preparing engineering documents for assigned projectdevelopment phases.

·        Construction Excellence: Apply advanced skillsin preparing comprehensive construction drawings for grading, drainage,stormwater management, erosion control, utilities, roadway, and site designwith advanced knowledge of VIKA processes and standards.
