Qualifications

‍The successful candidate will have the following technical and practical abilities to effectively thrive in this position:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture.
• 0–5 years of professional experience.
• Strong understanding of Design Development and Construction Document preparation
• Familiarity with grading principles and basic site design concepts.
• Excellent written, graphic, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office, LAND F/X, and SketchUp.
• Strong digital visualization and freehand graphic skills.
• High level of professionalism and strong organizational and organizational skills.
• Licensure is not required but is expected to be part of long-term career development.

Responsibilities

This position will require carrying out the following assignments and roles within an interdisciplinary environment:

• Design & Documentation Support Assist in the development of conceptual, schematic, and detailed landscape designs, and support the preparation of Design Development and Construction Document packages.
• Digital Modeling & Visualization Produce digital graphics, renderings, and visualizations to communicate design intent.
• Technical Coordination Collaborate with architects, engineers, and planners to integrate landscape elements into multidisciplinary projects.
• Site Analysis & Field Work Participate in field work, including site visits, inventory, measurements, photography, and documentation to support design development, including grading observation and support.
• Research Conduct research on materials, planting, sustainability strategies, and design precedents.
