Leadership

As an Assistant Project Manager, Brownlee brings nine years of experience in surveying with a wide array of knowledge in both the field, as well as the office.  He has managed and surveyed more than 100 surveying projects in Metropolitan Washington DC Area. For the past two years, Brownlee has been working with the field personnel on the designation and location of subsurface utilities, preparation of SUE exhibits, utility research and test holes. He has a BS in Civil Engineering Technology from Old Dominion University and is a NSPS Certified Survey Technician, Level II.
