Mr. Benton’s experience includes a wide range of projects located within the District of Columbia, Virginia, and Maryland.  Mr. Benton is a licensed Professional Engineer in the District of Columbia, Virginia, and Maryland, as well as a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED AP) with a thorough understanding of green design and building practices and principles.  Mr. Benton’s project experience includes commercial green building design and construction practices and principles, and broad knowledge of site related LEED requirements, resources, and processes.  Throughout his professional career, Mr. Benton has been involved in all aspects of project coordination and design from project start through design and construction administration, including daily design and project management.
