The Exchange at Spring Hill

The Exchange at Spring Hill will provide more than 500 affordable units of essential workforce housing and is walkable to mass transit, grocery and retail. A co-located community center will provide recreational programs, services, and resources for the entire surrounding community.

Located on a tight urban site in one of the area’s largest urban centers, VIKA’s engineers addressed critical stormwater management requirements with the design of a rainwater cistern that will reuse collected water resources for cooling towers.
