2990 Telestar Court

The existing four-story office building at 2990 Telestar Court is being converted to 80 one- and two-bedroom affordable rental homes, with new community green spaces created from former parking areas.

VIKA provided site planning, civil engineering, surveying, and subsurface utility locating services. With our survey and locating teams conveying test hole and video inspection data in real-time, and adjusting with site conditions, our engineers and planners had instant and accurate site information that allowed us to maximize reuse of the existing utility infrastructure while reducing time and cost in developing the design.

As the lead for site planning and design, VIKA guided the iterative process of securing approvals and permits that enabled project funding to advance, ensuring this unique project became reality.
