Located at 3924 Minnesota Avenue NE, within the larger Northeast Heights development, the new DGS Headquarters is a 6-story, 260,000 sf Class A office building with a below-grade garage and surface parking. The project brings new office space east of the Anacostia River and includes 15,000 sf of street-facing retail.
