Located in the desirable Oakton neighborhood of Fairfax County, the adjoining Three Flint Hill, Redwood Plaza, and Flint Hill Office Park properties were underperforming resources due to shifts in the office market. Redevelopment plans will convert the parcels to residential use, providing much-needed housing and enhancing the surrounding area with a vibrant new community and dedicated open space.

While the three properties are being developed independently, VIKA has enabled an interconnected vision across the sites as the planning and engineering firm for each developer. • Flint Hill Office Park: 186 triplexes and 88 single-family attached townhouses on 15-acre site
• Three Flint Hill: 116 stacked townhomes and 23 townhouses on 7-acre site with a planned small commercial area
