Key Bridge Marriott / Potomac Overlook

Overlooking the Potomac River and Washington, DC, the project will introduce new homes, a modern hotel, and inviting public spaces that reconnect this long-underutilized site to the surrounding neighborhood, nearby parks and trails, and the regional transit network.
