Three Collective at Skyline

Falls Church, Virginia
Live, Work and Play at 'Flexidential' Apartment Complex

Three Collective is a new live/work complex created from the conversion of three vacant office buildings at the former Skyline Center into residential facilities. Together totaling 165 units, each building contains co-working or studio spaces, extensive entertainment amenities, recreation facilities, and outdoor courtyards and social spaces, along with one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment options and affordable housing units. Ground floor commercial supports the needs of the entire complex. The result is an economically vibrant mixed-use community providing much-needed housing and reinvigorating underused properties.
