Located at 1750 Old Meadow Road in McLean, Indigo at McLean Station will replace an abandoned six-story office building with a new 231-unit affordable housing community. A second phase, when complete, will add an additional 225 units. Sitting within walking distance from the McLean Metro station and less than 10 minutes from Tysons Corner’s new pedestrian bridge, Indigo at McLean Station will help foster a transit-oriented community.
A series of landscaped gardens and green spaces across the property will be publicly accessible and provide a variety of outdoor settings. Landscaped courtyards with firepits and BBQs and a central meadow encourage gatherings, a shaded play area welcomes kids, a hammock grove encourages relaxation, and a 6-foot-wide recreational trail creates neighborhood connectivity.
