Combined into a single structure on a 2.4-acre site, the approximately 24,000 gross square foot center will consist of 14,000 gsf dedicated to emergency services and urgent care and 10,000 gsf of imaging and other medical space An anticipated 19,500 people could be served annually on a walk-in basis.

Site design includes beneficial traffic and pedestrian safety improvements to the busy surrounding intersection, including a new pedestrian refuge on Graham Road. A 10-foot-wide shared use path replaces a service drive along Arlington Blvd and connects to new crosswalks and a new 10-foot-wide trail along Graham Road. New landscaping is provided throughout the site and proposed along all road frontages.
