Jeff serves as Director of Engineering, leading the planning, design, and execution of VIKA’s complex site and infrastructure projects. His strategic direction and oversight on projects integrates technical excellence, efficiency, and big-picture thinking, ensuring projects that are both compliant with all regulations and thoughtfully connected to their surrounding communities. Jeff’s leadership style promotes a culture of collaboration, mentorship, and innovation, with teams benefitting from his deep expertise in site development, grading, stormwater management, utilities, and transportation systems. Jeff has a BS in Civil Engineering from Washington State University and is a Professional Engineer in Virginia and Washington state.
