Steve has a wide range of experience across different project types, allowing him to bring diverse, cross-disciplinary insights that lead to strong solutions. He is particularly skilled in stormwater management facilities, flood plain analysis and storm drain systems, and design of sanitary sewer systems and water supply systems. He is a Designated Plan Examiner for Fairfax County and was selected as a delegate to the Emerging Leaders Council for Tysons Partnership. He received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from University of Virginia.
