Mr. Crowell’s experience includes a wide range of engineering projects located throughout the Washington Metropolitan DC area. His background includes project management and direction; site design; preparation of engineering reports and studies; design of sanitary sewer collection and water distribution systems; storm drainage systems and water management facilities; and value engineering. His skills include design of stormwater management facilities; flood plain analysis and storm drain systems; and design of sanitary sewer systems and water supply systems.
